Each natural oyster shell is individually hand-painted in an antique gold finish and personalised with your guest’s name, creating an elegant place card they can take home and keep after your wedding.

About Your Shells
Each shell is created from a natural oyster shell, so no two will ever be exactly alike. Small variations in shape, size, texture and markings are part of their natural character and make every place setting unique.
The shells are approximately 3–4 inches long and are hand-painted in my antique gold finish and a pearelescent centre before your guests’ names are carefully added in your chosen text colour.
Choose from:
Plain – beautifully simple antique gold finish
Pearl – finished with a freshwater pearl for an extra detail
How to Order
- Select Plain or Pearl.
- Choose your preferred text colour.
- Select the quantity you require.
- Add your guest names in the personalisation box.
Guest list not final yet? That's absolutely fine. You can place your order to secure your production time and send me your completed list of names afterwards.
Please check the spelling of all names carefully before submitting your final list, as each shell is individually personalised for you.
Production & Delivery
Your shells are made to order in my Essex studio and I ask that you allow approximately 4 weeks for your order to be created.
Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged for its journey to you.
UK delivery is free.
For international orders, available destinations and delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
Ordering for a Larger Wedding?
Larger orders are very welcome.
If you're planning a wedding or event with a larger guest list and would like to discuss quantities, colours or timings before ordering, please contact me through the website.
I've created shell place settings for everything from intimate wedding tables to large celebrations and events, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have something particular in mind.
A Keepsake Beyond the Wedding Day
These aren't designed to be thrown away at the end of the meal.
Your guests can take their personalised shell home as a small keepsake from your wedding day – making them both a practical place setting and a lasting wedding favour.
Because they are created from natural oyster shells, each one already has its own individual shape and character before I begin painting and personalising it.
